With this measurement system measurement and alignment times can be shortened considerably. This is how it works in brief: The laser beam from the transmitter rotates constantly and creates a reference plane over the entire measurement object. You place the detector at the desired measurement points and register the reading by a push of a button. If required, you can also read the measurement values “live” with up to four detectors connected in series, to see how the measurement object moves/turns at each measurement position during adjustment.
Typical applications: Straightness and flatness of machine tables and bases, flatness of flanges, parallelism between press tables, plane-parallelism between rails and rolls etc.
