The Easy-Laser® systems are developed with the backing of more than 20 years experience of solving measurement and
alignment problems for the industry all over the world.
Our laser alignment product range covers the most applications, from shaft alignment, sheave alignment and pulley alignment to geometrical measurements of
virtually every kind (e.g. straightness, flatness, squareness, parallelism, and spindle direction).
We have divided our laser alignment products into three sub ranges:
shaft alignment, sheave/Pulley alignment and geometrical measurements.
But with Easy-Laser® you don't have to be stuck in the corner. The possibility to expand and upgrade the systems is one of
the main thoughts of the product range.

There is no magic about shaft alignment with Easy-Laser®. Although the technology is quite advanced,the principle of measurement is simple. It is based on the reversing method, with two laser measuring units mounted on either side of the coupling.
All programs also guide the user through the measurement process. The measurement result is displayed in both digital and graphical form.

When aligning with Easy-Laser® BTA you reduce the wear on sheaves, belts, bearings and sealings and reduce vibrations. This will give you less downtime, which of course means that you increase the available machine time. Time that guarantees your income. Increased efficiency also means large energy cost savings.
The basic principle
The basic principle is simple: a laser transmitter mounted to the sheave of the stationary machine(reference) projects a laser plane that is parallel with the sheave. On the sheave of the movable
machine targets are placed, showing if the both sheaves are parallel and in line with each other.

With Easy-Laser® you can always put together a measuring system that meets your particular needs.
As an example, all our geometry systems can be upgraded with equipment for shaft alignment. You can also add the turbine equipment to the Linebore system, or the BTA Digital for sheave/pulley alignment to system D525, to mention only two examples.
Your measurement possibilities are always a combination of hardware and software. If you choose to start with system D450 or D505 (offering less programs), these can later on be upgraded with the software of our more advanced ones.
This makes your investment cost effective and future safe!
